The Applicant shall submit plans for a rain garden to be reviewed with the building <br /> permit for the new residence. The rain garden shall adequately infiltrate the stormwater <br /> resulting from the driveway hardcover. The rain garden location and desi� shall be <br /> incorporated into the proposed grading plan for the new home. <br /> 4. The Applicant's building permit survey and plans shall address the city engineer's <br /> comments and recommendations. <br /> 5. The home plans submitted are for the purpose of hardcover review. The construction <br /> plans and survey submitted for buildin� permit will be reviewed for conformance with <br /> Orono's building height and number of stories calculation. <br /> 6. Authorities granted by this resolution run with the Property not with the Applicant, but <br /> are permissive only and must be exercised by obtainin� a building permit for the new <br /> construction and commencing construction of said project. A framing inspection must be <br /> completed within one year of the date of Council approval, or the variance will expire on <br /> that date (July 25, 2012). <br /> 7.
