April 30, 2013 <br /> 2794 Casco Point Road <br /> Page 2 of 2 <br /> 5. Wetland Delineation. An "Unclassified" wetland appears on our wetland map on the subject <br /> property. Contact the Minnehaha Creek Watershed District (MCWD) to determine if they feel a <br /> wetland exists on the property and a delineation and other analysis's are required. <br /> 6. Escrow 8� Escrow Agreement. Permits involving grading and/or review by the City's engineer <br /> require submittal of an escrow and an escrow agreement. The purpose of the escrow is to <br /> guarantee reimbursement to the City for out-of-pocket costs incurred during the review of your <br /> plans. Additionally this escrow will guarantee conformance with City Code Chapter 79 relating <br /> to erosion control and stormwater. A $2,500 escrow is required with all bui�ding permits, but <br /> since this project doesn't involve any land alteration, a $700 will be required. The escrow <br /> agreement is enclosed. The property owner must sign the escrow agreement and submit a <br /> check for$700. <br /> The above information is required in order for the plan review to continue.
