Your <br /> application is incomplete. <br /> The following items must be submitted or revised in order for your application to be considered <br /> complete and for the plan review to continue: <br /> 1. Certificate of Survey. Please provide 2 copies of an updated, full size certificate of survey <br /> which meets all of the City's survey standards (enclosed) indicating assumed hardcover, <br /> specifically for driveway and sidewalks. The hardcover information packet is also enclosed. <br /> 2. Ownership. According to Hennepin County the property owner does not match the one listed <br /> on the building permit. Submit documentation, purchase agreement, or copy of the deed <br /> showing proof of ownership. Also, the property owner signature is required on the building <br /> permit application. The property owner must come in and sign the application before the permit <br /> will be issued. <br /> 3. Hardcover Calculations. The property is located in Tier 2 of the Stormwater Quality Overlay <br /> District and is allowed 30% of the gross area of the property to be hardcover. The hardcover <br /> calculations submitted are incomplete and must include assumed hardcover (sidewalks, steps, <br /> landings, driveway), see City Code Section 78-1683. Also, according City Code Section 78-1, <br /> Definitions, the building footprint, also includes the outer edge of building protrusion, less than <br /> four feet from the ground, shall be considered part of the building footprint. Currently the <br /> building footprint is included in the hardcover calculation, however, the cantilevered portion of <br /> the home is not. The hardcover calculations should be submitted using the City's revised <br /> hardcover calculations sheets. A copy is enclosed. <br /> 4. Minnehaha Creek Watershed District (MCWD) Permits. You are required to contact the <br /> MCWD regarding your proposed project to determine if your project triggers any of the MCWD <br /> permitting requirements. The City of Orono will not issue a building permit without a copy of the <br /> permit from the MCWD or written documentation stating the proposed project does not trigger <br /> any MCWD permitting requirements. <br />
