The City Council finds that granting a Conditional Use Permit <br /> to allow the commercial use of the attached 10 ' x 25 ' <br /> greenhouse will not be detrimental to the health, safety or <br /> general welfare of the public, would not adversely affect <br /> light, air nor pose a fire hazard or other danger to <br /> neighboring properties, nor will it depreciate surrounding <br /> property. values and that the proposed level of use of the <br /> property will be in keeping with the intent and objectives of <br /> the Zoning Code and Comprehensive Plan of the City. <br /> � Conclusions, Order and Conditions <br /> � � Based upon the above findings, the Orono'City Council hereby <br /> grants a Conditional Use Permit per Municipal Zoning Code Section <br /> 10 . 20 , Subd 3 (E) to permit the use of an attached 10 ' x 25 ' greenhouse <br /> for commercial purposes, subject to the following conditions : " <br /> • l. No retail sales activity may take place on the property. <br /> , <br /> 2. All outside storage of mate•rials or equipment must be fenced <br /> in such a manner so as to screen the stored material from view <br /> when observed from the public street or adjoining lot. <br /> 3 . As� a home occupation, the following performance standards <br /> further apply: <br /> a) Entrance to the greenhouse must be gained from within <br /> the house. <br /> b) No sign permitted other than those normally allowed in <br /> residential districts. <br /> c) No employees allowed to work on�the site. <br /> 4.
