' ' ' ' <br /> ;�.,,:� .:..7r�• � � . _ . • <br /> ' <br /> A RESOLUTION GRANTING A CONDITIONAI� USE PERMIT <br /> PER MUNICIPAL ZONING CODE SECTION 10.20, SUBD 3(E) - FILE NO. 880 <br /> WHEREAS, Steven Ruce (hereinafter "the applicant" ) is the <br /> owner of the property located at 46.25 West Branch Road located within <br /> the City of Orono (hereinafter "the City" ) and legally described as <br /> follows: - <br /> The north 208 and 71/100 feet of the East 208 and 71/100 feet <br /> of the Northwest 1/4 of the Northwest 1/4 of Section 7 , <br /> Township , 117 North _ Range 23 West. Findings <br /> • l. � The application was reviewed as Zoning Fil'e No. 880 . <br /> 2 . The property is located in the RR-1B Single Family Rural <br /> , Residential Zoning District. <br /> � � 3 . . " On November 19 , 1984 , the Orono Planning Commission reviewed <br /> � . � � � the application as proposed and recommended�approval, finding <br /> � . that no retail sales activity is proposed to take place on the <br /> property, that no setback variances would be required, no <br /> � additional_traffic to or from the property would be created, <br /> � and the proposal would have no ef f ect on the septic system, <br /> . • subject to the condition that the structure conform to all <br /> .pertinent sections of the Building Code. <br /> . 4.
