�, -:z_ ;, <br /> ' r, � <br /> y �• �7:„ • � . <br /> •�. . <br /> � • <br /> - Cit� o� ORONO <br /> r �-� ��-� �� <br /> . :,� . <br /> � . f ,�"�� RESOWTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL <br /> °�• ` 1709 <br /> . :�,: ����; No. <br /> • • •;' . � _ <br /> "�'�' - A RESOLUTION APPROVING THE PLAT OF <br /> PAINTERS CREER <br /> FILE NO. 804 <br /> WHEREAS, the City of Orono is a municipal corporation <br /> organized and existing under the laws of the State of Minnesota; <br /> and <br /> WHEREAS, the City Council of the City �of Orono has <br /> adopted subdivision regulations for the orderly, economic and <br /> safe development of land within the City; and � <br /> WHEREAS , the City Council has considered the <br /> application for a subdivision by Painters Creek Development <br /> Corporation, an Illinois Corporation authorized to do business in <br /> Minnesota, (hereafter "the subdivider") ; and ' <br /> WHEREAS, on April 23, 1984 the City Council granted <br /> approval of the preliminary plat of a 10 unit Planned Rural <br /> � Residential Development that designated the building and septic <br /> envelopes for each of the residential units (hereafter referred <br /> to as "Development Plan"). Each septic envelope maintains a 20 <br /> foot setback from each building envelope and boundary line of <br /> each unit. Each building envelope maintains the approved <br /> setbacks as follows: <br /> Front/street setback of 50 .feet <br /> Side setback of 20 feet <br /> WHEREAS, the Development Plan has been found to meet <br /> all standards of the Planned Residential Development Code, On- <br /> Site Septic Sewage Treatment Code and all other pertinent <br /> , sections of the zoning and platting codes that deal with the <br /> rural development of property within the City, so that each pad � <br /> can be developed as a single family residential unit without the <br /> need of variances; and <br /> WHEREAS, Outlot C is not platted as part of this scheme <br /> but is intended for .future development. Al1 future development <br /> of Outlo� C will be : subject to all requirements of the then <br /> current zoning and Community Management Plan of the City; and <br /> � <br /> page 1 'of 3 <br />
