No. 126904 , Files of Registrar of <br /> Titles, (herea�ter the "property" ) ; and <br /> WHEREAS, the subdivider has completed all requirements <br /> of the City for a metes and bounds subdivision for division and <br /> combination purposes. <br /> NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOI,VED, that the City Counci 1 <br /> of the City of Orono hereby approves the metes and bounds <br /> division of a lot line rearrangement for Malcolm S. MacKay as <br /> shown on the Certificate of Survey by Mark S. Gronberg dated <br /> December 3 , 1984 and attached to this resolution subject to the <br /> following conditions : <br /> l. Upon approva 1 of the subdivision by the City Counci 1 of <br /> Orono the owner of Parcel C as described in the Certificate <br /> of Survey referenced above must apply to the City for legal <br /> combination for tax purposes with Parcel B as described in <br /> � that same survey. . <br /> 2 . The aforesaid �division as shown on the attached <br /> Certificate of Survey shall be filed by the City of Orono <br /> with the Hennepin County Registrar of Titles on or before <br /> June 10, 1985 together with a certified original copy of <br /> this resolution. <br /> The approval granted by this Resolution shall expire if <br /> the division .has not been filed by the date specified above.
