MACRAY <br /> FILE NO: 879 <br /> WHEREAS, the City of Orono is a municipal corporation <br /> organized and existing under the laws of the State of Ninnesota; <br /> and <br /> WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Orono has <br /> adopted subdivision regulations for the orderly, economic and <br /> safe development of land withiri the City; and <br /> _ WHEREAS , the City Council has considered the <br /> application for a subdivision by blalcolm S. MacKay, (hereafter <br /> "the subdivider" ) of a property legally described as follows : <br /> � � All that part of Lot l , "Auditor's Subdivision Number 291, <br /> Hennepin County, Minnesota", lying East of a straight line <br /> drawn parallel with and 725 feet East of, measured at right <br /> angles to, the East line of West 1/2 of Southwest 1/4 of <br /> Section 26, Township 118 , Range 23 , and lying North of a <br /> line drawn parallel with and 366 feet North of, measured at <br /> right angles to, the South line of Section 26, Township 118, <br /> Range 23, according to the plat thereof on file or of record <br /> in the office of the Registrar of Titles in and for said <br /> County. . <br /> Part of Lot l is subject to certain rights and restrictions <br /> as contained in deed Doc.
