Wagner, 92-07 William Standke, 92-08 Chuck Downey, and 92-09 Irene Standa which were <br /> submitted by Smith Construction, Inc. The site inspection revealed that rip rap has been installed <br /> at these locations. As you are aware, these projects were reviewed at the regularly scheduled <br /> February 20, 1992 meeting of the Board of Managers. Action was taken allowing District staff to <br /> issue these permits only after receipt and staff approval of items detailed in letters from the District <br /> to the applicants dated February 24, 1992. Copies of these letters were sent to you. Accordingly <br /> you are hereby notified that this work is in violation of MCWD Rule F - Shoreline Improvement. <br /> The District requests that you attend the next tneeting of the Complaints/Violations Committee <br /> scheduled for 5:00 pm, Thursday, March 12, 1992.
