Pemut Application No. 92-08 was reviewed at the regularly scheduled <br /> February 20, 1992 meeting of the Board of Managers. Action was taken allowing District staff to <br /> issue your permit only after receipt and staff approval of addirional items detailed in a letter from <br /> the District to you dated February 24, 1992. These items have not been received and the permit <br /> has not been issued. Accordingly, you are hereby norified that this work is in violarion of Rule F- <br /> Shoreline Improvement of the rules of the Minnehaha Creek Watershed District. <br /> You are required to submit to the District the additional exhibits listed in the February 24, 1992 <br /> letter and acquire an "after-the-fact"permit from the District These items include: <br /> 1. Correctly completed pemut application signed by the applicant. <br /> 2. Written permission for work performed on property not owned by the applicant. <br /> In addirion, the District requests that you attend the next meeting of the Complaint/Violations <br /> Committee of the Board of Managers to be held at 5:00 pm, Thursday, March 12, 1992 in the <br /> Burwell Room of the Minnetonka Community Center. <br /> Please note further that under Rule J of the District rules, any person who performs any work for <br /> which a permit is required under these rules without having first obtained a pemut from the District <br /> shall pay to the District a fee equal to the District's actual costs of field inspection of the work, <br /> including investigation of the area affected by the work, analysis of the work and any subsequent <br /> monitonng of the work. <br /> If you have any questions,please feel free to contact me at 473-4224. <br /> Sincerely, <br /> JAMES M.
