You were notified at that time that the deck replacement was in violation of <br /> the City Ordinances. The City required removal of the deck or submission of a variance <br /> application to seek city Council approval. As of this date the issue remains unresolved. <br /> Therefore the City must again require you to remove the deck or to submit a variance <br /> application. A deadline of 5/21/03 has been established. If this deadline is not met the city will <br /> initiate le�al action. A court appearance�vill be required.
