We have the <br /> following comments with regards to engineering matters: <br /> • Engineered design and details should be submitted for review and approval for all retaining walls over 4' <br /> in height, and for all tiered walls with a separation of less than 2 times the wall height. <br /> • It appears that 2 proposed 962 contour lines converge near the northwest corner of the house. The <br /> grading plan should be revised such that no contour lines converge.
