They crossed property line all the time and deposited earth <br /> beyond property and destroyed planting. They said they did not have room to maneuver <br /> around and they refused to put a red fence to mark the boundaries. When owners tried to <br /> put some stakes, these marks were knocked down. I have called Orono City Hall and <br /> Vogue to discuss these problems several times. <br /> Fortunately our home is far enough from construction site but we were <br /> watching as heavy excavators were working frighteningly close to Mrs. Morris house. <br /> Regards, <br /> Natalya Chernevskaya <br />
