. • '
Dr. Natalya Chernevskaya
2490 Casco Point Rd
Wayzata MN 55391
March 14, 2009
To Whom It May Concern:
I am writing about situation we had during construction of the new house on 2500
Casco Point rd in 2008.
Hawkins Landscaping crew did not have survey of the property; at least they
ciaimed they did not have. They crossed property line all the time and deposited earth
beyond property and destroyed planting. They said they did not have room to maneuver
around and they refused to put a red fence to mark the boundaries. When owners tried to
put some stakes, these marks were knocked down. I have called Orono City Hall and
Vogue to discuss these problems several times.
Fortunately our home is far enough from construction site but we were
watching as heavy excavators were working frighteningly close to Mrs. Morris house.
Regards,
Natalya Chernevskaya
