The corner of my garage is 7.05' from the property line per my survey, not 3 feet. <br /> 2. The main drain from my roof is on the north side of the house, not on the <br /> Vanacora east side. <br /> Furthermore, their large red excavation machinery and other heavy equipment were routinely <br /> operating on my properiy precariously close to my house; which disturbed the soil, contributing to <br /> the drainage problem.
