No additional land is available for acquisition by the applicants to <br /> make the property conforming in area. <br /> c. The applicants are proposing to add a covered entry porch within the <br /> allowed setbacics. <br /> d. Due to the hardcover levels on the applicants' property any hardcover <br /> changes require variances. <br /> e. The applicants are proposing to remove portions of driveway <br /> hardcover in conjunction with hardcover vanance approvals. <br /> Additional hardcover removals that bring the 75' — 250' hardcover <br /> below 38.9% would reduce the fiinctionality of the existing driveway <br /> systein. <br /> 4. The City Council has considered this application including the findings <br /> and recommendation of the Planning Commission, reports by City staff, <br /> comments by the applicants and the public, and the effect of the proposed <br /> variance on the health, safety and welfare of the coinmunity. <br /> 5.
