OS-3130 <br /> VVHEREAS, Stephen J. Slcoro and Jean K. The property is located in the LR-1C, One Family Lalceshore Zoning <br /> District �vhich requires a minimum lot area of 0.5 acre and a minimum lot <br /> ��,�idth of 100'. <br /> 3. 1 he Plannina Commission reviewed this application at a public hearing <br /> held on July 1�, 2005 and on a vote of � — 2 recommended approval of a <br /> hardcover variance based on the follo�ving findin�s: <br /> a.
