The house has been raised one foot, but it still meets basement <br /> and number of story requirements. Hennepin County aerial photos show the retaining wall is existing, however <br /> drainage arrows appear to direct water onto the neighboring property. This has not changed from the first survey you <br /> reviewed and approved, but Melanie wanted to make sure it wasn't a problem.
