We are open Monday—Friday 8 am to 4:30 pm. <br /> The Struck's had signed an escrow agreement and it was included in the building permit packet you submitted. I added <br /> both the building permit application number and the demolition permit application number to the signed <br /> agreement. Attached is a copy for your records. We acknowledge the escrow was paid by Sondergaard Forcier Builders, <br /> LLC, but remind you the escrow will be refunded to the property owner. <br /> We are close to issuing the building permit application. The survey submitted indicates the top of foundation <br /> elevation. Please have your surveyor show the point on the perimeter of the foundation where this top of foundation <br /> elevation is in reference to.
