Luesse et al, (hereinafter "the applicant") is the <br /> owner of the property located at 3249 Casco Circle within the City of Orono (hereinafter <br /> the "City") and legally described as follows: <br /> Lot 12, Spring Park, & Adjacent Vacated Lakeshore Avenue, Hennepin <br /> County, Minnesota (hereinafter"the property"); and <br /> WHEREAS, the applicant has made application to the City of Orono for <br /> variances to Orono Municipal Goning Code 78-35U to allow side yard setback variance <br /> for the 15t and 2"d levels of the proposed home to be set back as close as 5.3' to the side <br /> lot line where a 10' setback is required and a 5.3' setback currently exists in order to re- <br /> use the existing foundation of the home; and <br /> WHEREAS, the applicant has made application to the City of Orono for <br /> variances to Orono Municipal Zoning Code Section 78-1288 to allow hardcover within <br /> the 0-75' zone of 21.4% (909 s.£) hardcover where 0% is normally allowed and 21.4% . - <br /> currently exists, and to allow hardcover within the 75'-250' zone of 32.3% (3,637 s.f.) <br /> hardcover where 25% is i.ormally allowed and 31.4% cu:-rer.t?y exists, an� within the <br /> 250'-500' zone for 36.8% (284 s.f.) hardcover where 30% is normally allowed and <br /> 36.8% currently exists; and <br /> WHEREAS, the applicant has made application to the City of Orono for <br /> variances to Orono Municipal Zoning Code 78-1403 to allow 16.2% where 15% is <br /> normally allowed and 15.6% currently exists. <br /> NOW, THEREFORE BE IT I?ESOLVED by the City Council of <br /> Orono, Minnesota: <br /> FINDINGS <br /> l.
