I have broken down the notes <br /> below so they would be easy to follow: <br /> 1.Certificate of Survey: There is a proposed patio that inadvertently was shown on the plan set. The <br /> homeowner's are working with the landscaper and have not finalized exactly what they are going to do or <br /> materials used for certain areas, ie: lower level patio, pool patio,walking paths. Our hardcover area is only at <br /> 7.71%,which is well below the allowable. If you would like,when the landscaping plan is completed and I know <br /> exactly what will be installed, I could have Mark Gronberg put this together on the As Built survey along with the <br /> hardcover recalculations. <br /> 2. Property Owner: I have put the property owner's information on the building application form and attached <br /> the Hennepin County Tax Valuation and Payable printout. If there is another document you need, please let me <br /> know. <br /> 3. Building Height: After talking to Kathy Alexander regarding this,she informed me that she had discussed this <br /> with you mid-January and had changed the elevation. This was, however, after the fact that I had turned this in <br /> for permit. I have attached her noted elevation. <br /> 4. Escrow and Escrow Agreement: We have made the homeowner's aware that they will be receiving the <br /> escrow amount and will need to reimburse us for that. Attached is the signed Escrow Agreement from Steve <br /> Andersen. <br /> As noted on your letter,we will have the subcontractors for the Septic System and the Pool apply for their <br /> permits. <br /> As of 02/02/15 9:30AM - I have talked to Lora Pohtilla with the Minnehaha Creek Watershed District and am <br /> having Mark Gronberg make some minor changes(silt fence and buffer lines readjusted)to the survey based off <br /> our discussion this morning at her office. I was holding off on Mark doing the changes until I heard from you or <br /> Melanie regarding the hardcover note#1.
