You left a card in my door indicating you are the construction project manager and to contact you if I have any questions or concerns. As you are likely aware from Sven, my only reservation about the project was the subject of run-off water onto my property and the part of my patio covered by an easement. I was assured by Sven that the proposed plan and grading would prevent a water run off. The prevention was to include a graded "swale" to direct water away from the adjacent patio and end capping to prevent errosion of the easement. The back-fill and grading that was done did not appear to be in conformance with the plan. It rained last night and I awoke this morning with about 1/2 inch to 1 inch of mud on the patio and covering one of my patio drains completely. The "swale" was mostly washed out onto the patio. I am attaching a number of pictures showing the situation. I am certain the swale was not properly done as dirt was at an elevation above the patio floor. I had put some rocks and a piece of railroad tie I had cut to help prevent dirt from running onto the patio but it just flowed underneath these make-shift devices. Further, no effort has been made to "end cap" the excavation to prevent the exposed dirt holding the patio 4
