However, because of the lengthy delay, I am still going to require a guilty plea <br /> with a small fine on the condition that during the next year you not commit any further <br /> ordinance violations. The fine would be $100 with $200 hanging over your head for the <br /> next year as long as you don't commit any other same or similar violations.
