'E 3-3642 <br /> WHERERS, Ziv Liberman and Tal Liberman, a married couple (hereinafter "the <br /> Appficants") are the owners of the property located at 2f90 Caroline Avenue within the City of <br /> Orono (hereinafter the "City"} and legally described as follows: <br /> Attached as Exhibit A(hereinafter the "Property"); and <br /> WHERE�RS, the Applicants have made appfication to the City of Orono for a <br /> variance to Orono Municipal Zoning Code Section 78-1279(6) to alfow construction of a new <br /> above grade patio ahead of the average fakeshore setback in conjunction with the construcfion <br /> of a new single family residence on the Property; and <br /> WHEREAS, after due pubfished notice and maifed notice in accordance with <br /> Ninnesota Statutes and the Orono, Niinnesota, City Code, the Orono Planning Commission held <br /> a pubfic hearing on November 18, 2013 at which times all persons desiring to be heard <br /> concerning this appfication were given the opportunity to speak thereon. <br /> N�VI�, �H�R��ORE BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of Orono, <br /> Minnesota: <br /> FINDIN�S <br /> 1. This application was reviewed as Zoning File number 13-3642. <br /> 2. The Property is iocated in the LR-1 C One Famify Lakeshore Resident�al Zoning <br /> District whicn requires a minimum fot area of �.5 acre and a minimum lot width of <br /> 100'. <br /> 3. The Pfanning Commission reviewed this appfication at a public hearing hefd on <br /> November 18, 2013 and voted 5 for and 0 against on a motion to approve the <br /> ave�age iakeshore setback variance base� on the foliowing finaings: <br /> a.
