Counci!°) has adopted <br /> subdivision regulations for the orderly, economic and safe development of land within the City; <br /> and <br /> WHEREAS, L�akeshore Holdings, L�C, a Minnesota Limited Liability�Company <br /> � (hereinafter the "Appiicant") is the owner of the property located at 2470 Carman Street (PID <br /> 20-�[17-23-12-0060) within the City of Orono (hereinafter "City") and legally described as <br /> follows: . � <br /> Lot 5, Block 1, Lehman's Lagoon, Hennepin County, Minnesota (hereinafter °2470 <br /> .
