The current townhome <br />layout is very similar to that reviewed by the Council in 2014. <br />Planning Commission Recommendations: The applicants made an audio-visual presentation <br />of a very similar proposed development project at the August 18, 2014 PC meeting, Planning <br />Commission comments on that previous sketch plan are included in the attached minutes from <br />that meeting. <br />Council Review of September 8, 2014: See attached memos and minutes. <br />Staff Recommendation: This application is brought forward to the Council absent Planning <br />Commission review as the proposal is very similar to the previous sketch plan. Council should <br />allow the applicants to make their presentation and provide feedback regarding the proposal. <br />Council is requested to have a discussion regarding the current Comp Plan-guided density and <br />development parameters as compared to the proposed development characteristics. <br /> <br />List of Exhibits <br />Exhibit A.
