If needed, I would be wiiling to meet with you at the Site to see first hand what needs to occur <br /> and/or to talk to the Watershed Disfrict for a free 1 hr consu(tation, however should you rsquire my time on <br /> an ongoing basis, somehody would have to join the VIC program and agree to reimburse MPCA staff time <br /> for overseeing the project.
