The minimum lot size in this district is 2 acres (non- ' <br /> wetland) and the minimum lot width is 20b feet. It is bisected by Long Lake Creek and ' <br /> the portion of the property within 300 feet ofi the creek is subject to Shorefand : <br /> Regulatians. <br /> The property is not within the MUSA and not pfanned to be. It is not served by city <br /> sewer and water. The septic system must be replaced before the property is sold ' <br /> unless the house is to be torn down, The new septic system must include both a <br /> primary and alternative drainfield site. <br /> According t�information on file with the City this property rrvas used as a garbage <br /> dump from about 1935 thraugh 1970.
