Provision of portion of light fixtures is by allowance - materials specified herein are for bidding purposes <br /> only. Fixtures and accessories not specified shall be contractor-preference and included in the Base Bid. <br /> Verify final fixture selections with the Architect. <br /> B. Installation of plumbing fixtures is work of Section 16100 ELECTRICAL WIRING. <br /> C. Light Fixture Schedule: <br /> 1. Base Bid: <br /> a. Recessed Can Fixtures: Halo H7, H99 or Juno rough-in kits; cfear alzak trim; 90W Par 38 halogen <br /> "wide flood" lamps: <br /> — At insulated ceilings, provide Juno Air-Lock housings and gaskets or equivalent. Verify allowable <br /> lamp at this fixture, but minimum 75W Par 38 halogen "flood" lamps. <br /> — At Master Bath, provide low voltage lighting; "3 Iris" (Cooper). <br /> b. Indirect Lighting: 5/8 inch diameter, clear tube light; "Flexlite" or equal. <br /> c. Under-Cabinet Lighting: Mini-sized, fluorescent fixtures; 3000K or`warm white' lamps. <br /> d. Display Cabinet Lighting: Puck, low voltage, 20W, for surface or recessed mounting; verify color with <br /> the Architect. <br /> 2. Allowance: Remainder of light fixtures shall be as selected by the Owner and the Architect. <br /> D. Under Base Bid: <br /> 1. Provide all recessed can light fixtures shown on the Drawings. <br /> 2. Provide all indirect lighting shown on the Drawings. Provide concealed line voltage outlet for power. Cut <br /> lighting tube rolls into appropriate incremental lengths. <br /> 3. Provide all under-cabinet lighting shown on the Drawings. Install as continuous as possible. <br /> 4.
