MINUTES OF THE <br /> ORONO PLANNING COMMISSION MEETING <br /> Monday, October 19, 2015 <br /> 6:30 o'clock p.m. <br /> ROLL CALL <br /> The Orono Planning Commission met on the above-mentioned date with the following members present: <br /> Acting Chair Kevin Landgraver, Commissioners Bruce Lemke, Christopher McGrann, and Loren <br /> Schoenzeit. Representing Staff were Community Development Director Jeremy Barnhart, Senior Planner <br /> Michael Gaffron, City Plaruler Melanie Curtis, and Recorder Jackie Young. Council Member Walsh was <br /> present. <br /> Acting Chair Landgraver opened the meeting at 6:30 p.m., followed by the Pledge of Allegiance. <br /> CONSENT AGENDA <br /> *1. MINUTES OF THE ORONO PLANNING COMMISSION MEETING OF <br /> SEPTEMBER 21,2015 <br /> Lemke moved,McGrann seconded,to approve the minutes of the Orono Planning Commission <br /> meeting of September 21,2015, as submitted. VOTE: Ayes 4,Nays 0. <br /> OLD BUSINESS <br /> 2. #15-3780 MICHAEL AND LISA LARSON,3596 SHORELINE DRIVE, CONDITIONAL <br /> USE PERMIT, 6:33 P.M.—7:02 P.M. <br /> Michael and Lisa Larson, Applicants, were present. <br /> Barnhart noted this is a review of an application that was tabled last month. The applicants tonight are <br /> presenting revised plans far the Woofington, which is an indoor dog daycare, dog boarding, and dog <br /> grooming business. The proposed use will operate out of an existing building that is currently vacant <br /> with the exception of a small portion of it that is being used by the owner of the building in conjunction <br /> with his dry-cleaning business. <br /> Page 1 of 44 <br />
