The applicant is proposing to construct <br /> a new single family home on the property and is requesting lot area, lot width,front and rear yard <br /> and side yard setback variances in order to do so. The property is 14,000 square feet or 0.24 acre <br /> in area and is 160 feet in width where 2.0 acres in area and 200 feet in width are required. The <br /> home is proposed to meet the north side yard setback at 55 feet; a pool in a conforming location <br /> is also proposed. The proposed home is proposed to be situated 20 feet from the rear lot line, 22 <br /> feet from the front lot line where 50 foot setbacks are required; and 49 feet from the south side <br /> lot line where a 30-foot setback is required. <br />
