Thiesse stated he heard it from two people in the audience tha#they do not want the new homes to <br /> access Heritage Lane. <br /> Byrnes stated the association's position is that they believe the road will be built and the houses will be <br /> accessed via Heritage Lane. The association's request�s that an alternative access be found far <br /> construction traffic.
