` MINUTES OF THE <br /> ORONO PLANNING COMMISSION MEETING <br /> Monday,June 15,2015 <br /> 6:30 o'clock p.m. <br /> relevant parties shall be held at least seven days prior to commencement of grading work <br /> following any approvals granted by the City Council. <br /> Curtis noted the property owner is in attendance at tonight's meeting. <br /> Landgraver asked if the Watershed District has approved the additional 3,000 feet of additional fill being <br /> brought in. <br /> Curtis indicated they approved the wetland delineation and the property owner has obtained the <br /> appropriate MCWD permits. <br /> Landgraver noted Item No. 6 requires the completion of an as-built survey and asked who would do that. <br /> Curtis indicated it would likely be the City's consulting engineer in tl�is situation. <br /> Landgraver asked when Item No. 7 needs to be done. <br /> Curtis stated prior to the release of the escrow funds. <br /> Landgraver asked if a hard date should be put in there. <br /> Curtis stated the Planning Commission could do that if they desire. <br /> Landgraver noted this is an after-the-fact variance application and that in his view a definite date should <br /> be set. Landgraver asked whether Staff prefers 30 or 60 days. <br /> Curtis stated Staff had a discussion with the applicant today to clarify the permitting requirements under <br /> the new City rules and that they should be aware of what needs to be done. <br /> Thiesse asked when the remainder of Watertown Road will be paved. <br /> Curtis stated that portion will be completed next year. <br /> Page 17 of 79 <br />
