MINUTES OF THE <br /> ORONO PLANN�NG COMMISSION MEETII�TG <br /> Monday,May 18,2015 <br /> 6:30 o'clock p.m. <br /> Leskinen asked whether thc applicant would be connecting to Orono or Wayzata city sewer. <br /> Gaffron indicated it would be Orono city sewer,which eventually to the south discharges to the Wayzata <br /> system. The property owner would have to pay connection charges to the City of Wayzata once they <br /> connect and the properiy has been assessed by Omno for the projec� <br /> Paul Cameron,Chamberlain Capital,stabed he has nothing to add at this tiune. <br /> Chair L.�skinen opened the public hearing at 6:35 p.m, <br /> There were no pub(ic comments regarding this spplication. <br /> Chau Leskinen closed the public hearing at 635 p.m. <br /> Leskinen stated this application is preriy straight forward and the only thing that prevents this from being <br /> administratively approved is the location of the municipal boundary. <br /> Landgraver asked if the applicant has to go through a similar process with Wayzata. <br /> Curtis statad to her knowledge they do not since they are not proposing to construot anything on that <br /> portion of the property. <br /> Schcenzeit asked is there are any detached structures planned for the property. <br /> Curtis stated there is a provision in the code ti�at roquir�s the side street setback to be met as well as not <br /> allowing any structures between tfie road and the home. Curtis stated the proposal is depicted on the <br /> survey and the house is located on the northern portion of the lo� <br /> Paul Cameron,A.pplicant, stated there will not be any oti�er sfiructures constructed on the property and that <br /> they will be removing the one building that is located on the properly Iiaie. <br /> I.emke moved,Thi�e seconded,to recommend approval of Applicahon No. 15�735,Panl <br /> Cameron/Chamberlain Capital,LLC,10 Myrtlewood Road,granting of lot width and lot area <br /> variancee. The applicant is requesting variances in order to conslruct an addition to the <br /> existing home on�e east,stxuctural modifications to an existing portion of tl�e west side of the home,and <br /> construd a lake yard pool witt�in the average lakeshare setback and within the required 100-foot set�ck <br /> from Long Lake.
