The residence must be connected to the municipal sewer prior to the .final <br /> inspection by the City inspector of the new construction. <br /> 3. Applicant is placed on notice that the accessory structure located within the 0-75' <br /> setback zone is non-conformi.ng and subject to all pertinent ordinances. Any <br /> structural repair will require City approval. <br /> � 4. Authorities granted by this resolution run with the property not with the applicant, <br /> but are permissive only and must be exercised by application for a building <br /> � permit within one year of the date of Council approval, or this variance will <br /> expire on that date (February 8, 1994). <br /> 5.
