The extent of grading and filling that will be allowed for any residence developed on Lot 2 shall be regulated by the pertinent requirements of Municipal Code Section 10 . 03 , Subds . 19, 20 and 21 . 6 . The previous one unit sewer assessment as part of the Bayside North sub-area of the Stubbs Bay Sewer Project shall be assigned to Lot 1 . One unit connection charge as part of the Stubbs Bay Northwest sub-area shall be paid for Lot 2 at the time a building permit is issued for Lot 2, in an amount according to the City fee schedule at that time. 7 . The aforesaid plat shall be filed by the City of Orono with the Hennepin County Recorder' s Office on or before July 11, 1993 together with a certified original copy of this resolution and executed copies of the following documents : � A. Drainage, Utility and Trail Easement . B. Amendment to Special Lot Combination Agreement . The approval granted by this resolution shall expire if the plat cannot be filed by the date specified above.
