Payment to the City of a park dedication fee in the amount <br /> of $3, 064. 00. <br /> 4. Payment to the City for the legal review and filing of the <br /> plat and easement in the amount of $200. 00. <br /> 5. Payment to the City for the filing fee of the final <br /> subdivision application of $175.00. <br /> . NOW, THEREFORE, B$ IT RESOLVSD, that the City Counci 1 of the <br /> City of Orono hereby approves the plat of Tanglewood Second Addition, <br /> Hennepin County, Minnesota, subject to the fol lowing conditions: <br /> l. Access to Lot 1, Block 1, Tanglewood Second Addition shall <br /> remain via Tract E of RLS 1418. Access to I,ot 2, Block 1, <br /> Tanglewood Second Addition shall be via Tanglewood Road. <br /> Subdivider sha 1 1 grant 1/6th interest in Out lot A, <br /> Tanglewood, Hennepin County, Minnesota at the time property <br /> • is conveyed to new owner. <br /> 2. Prior to the issuance of a building permit for new <br /> construction on Lot 2, the alternate drainfield site must be <br /> staked and protected prior to any land alterations on the <br /> property. Future owner of Lot 2 must obtain a permit from <br /> the Public Works Director for the installation of a curb cut <br /> onto Tanglewood Road. <br /> 3. Lot 1, Block 1, Tanglewood Second Addition is classified as <br /> a through lot. The owner is hereby advised that a <br /> conditional use permit is required for the construction of <br /> all future accessory structures. <br /> 4. The aforesaid plat shall be filed by the City of Orono with <br /> either the Hennepin County Recorder's Office or Registrar of <br /> Titles Office on or before June 14, 1993 together with a <br /> certified original copy of this resolution and executed copy <br /> of the easement noted above. <br /> • Page 2 of 3 <br /> 1 <br />
