� _ G eJ <br /> � O� <br /> O O <br /> � �b. - C ITY of ORONO <br /> � � <br /> ti <br /> ��� �G'�' RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCI�L <br /> �kESH�4 NO. 3 211 <br /> A RESOLUTION APPROVING THE PLAT OF <br /> TANGI.$WOOD SECOND ADDITION <br /> FII.]3 NO. 1749 <br /> WHEREAS, the City of Orono is a municipal corporation <br /> organized and existing under the laws of the State of Minnesota; and <br /> WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Orono has adopted <br /> subdivision regulations for the orderly, economic and safe development <br /> of land within the City; and <br /> WHEREAS, the City Council has considered the application for <br /> a subdivision of a two-lot p lat by James F. Lawrence, hereinafter (the <br /> subdivider); and <br /> WHER$AS, on September 14, 1992, the Orono City Council <br /> adopted Resolution No. 3177 granting approval of a conditional use <br /> permit to allow the continued use of a second residential structure on <br /> •the property for guest house use per Municipal Zoning Code Section <br /> 10.28, Subdivision 3 ; and <br /> WHER$AS, pursuant to declaration Document No. 1368041, <br /> proposed Lot 2, Block 1, Tanglewood Second Addition shall share in the <br /> maintenance of the road and all other improvements within the <br /> Tanglewood Plat, including a share in the ownership of Tanglewood <br /> Road; and <br /> WH$REAS , the subdivision has been found to meet all <br /> standards of the RR-1B Rural Residential Zoning District finding� that <br /> each lot is of a size and configuration that will al low the continued <br /> use and future single family residential use to be developed without <br /> the need of any variances; and <br /> WHEREAS, the subdivider has completed all requirements of <br /> the platting regulations of the City, including: <br /> 1. Completion of all the requirements of Resolution No. 3148, <br /> the resolution granting preliminary apprvval of the plat. <br /> 2. Dedication to the City of a drainage easement providing for <br /> limitations on the use of a wetland/pond on Lot l, Block 1, <br /> Tanglewood Second Addition and shown on the plat as <br /> "drainage easements". <br /> � Fage 1 of 3 <br />
