For reference, the <br />homes on Maple Place are 2300-4200 sq ft on 50’ lots. <br /> <br />Park Dedication. There is no park proposed to be dedicated on site. The park dedication in land is 1.4 <br />acres (8% of the land being subdivided). The Council should state their preference for land dedication at <br />this stage. The Comprehensive Plan does not suggest the need for additional public park land in this <br />area. <br /> <br />COUNCIL ACTION REQUESTED: <br />Council is asked to comment on the proposed plan.
