Within 15 days, have a site analysis done on <br />the potential drainfield area; i.e., have an <br />engineering firm take at least 6 percolation tests <br />and a soil boring. Have the engineer report the <br />results of these tests and a recommended drainfield <br />design to the City. <br />3. Within 15 additional days, by August 15, 1977, <br />have the drainfiv,*.d installed and operational. <br />This installation must be authorized by City permit. <br />Aug. 7, 1977 A test report was completed by Carl Borg. <br />Aug. 18, 1977 Letter was sent to Mr. Daniels approving the <br />report and asking for a design. <br />Sept. 15, 1977 A permit was issued to Carl Widmer to repair <br />system. <br />Sept. 15, 1977 An inspection was madcj by myself 1500 square <br />feet of drainfield was installed. <br />Feb. 22, 1982 An inspection report by Mike Gaffron was sent <br />to Mr. Daniels requiring him to pump tanks as <br />often as necessary to stop seepage. <br />Feb. 22, 1982 Letter was sent to Mr. Daniels from Mike Gaffron <br />about complaints from property owners on Farview <br />of septic system overflowing on Farview Lane. <br />Feb. 22, 1982 <br />April 1, 1982 <br />July 30, 1982 <br />Memo to file from Mike Gaffron (attached) <br />Inspection made by Mike Gaffron - note some seepage. <br />A letter was sent to Mr. Daniels that no work <br />had been started and that work on the system <br />must start within 10 days. <br />Aug. 16, 1982 <br />Aug. 19, 1982 <br />Aug. 23, 1982 <br />Carl Widmer picked up permit for new system. <br />System was inspected by Mike Gaffron. <br />Inspection of mound finished no pump or alarm <br />installed. <br />Sept. 7, 1982 Complaint and inspection made by Tom Jacobs and <br />Mike Gaffron. Sewage flowing on Farview Lane - <br />photos taken, Mike Gaffron gave the following <br />orders: <br />1. Have tank pumped within 24 hours.
