Jacobs, Building Official <br />October 29, 1982 <br />Kenneth Daniels, 2905 Fox Street - Failing On-Site <br />Sewage System <br />This memo is to advise you of the status of tho failing septic <br />system at the above subject property. <br />Dec. 1, 1976 <br />Dec. 9, 1976 <br />City received a complaint from (John Peterson <br />Farview Properties) of sewage coming from Mr. <br />Daniels septic system and onto the road. <br />Letter sent to Mr. Daniels from A1 Olson, giving <br />him 10 days to correct the violation. <br />Dec. 27, 1976 There were a number of calls and inspections made <br />thru with Mr. Daniels - No Compliance. <br />Jan. 28, 1977 <br />Feb. 11, 1977 Mr. Daniels sent a letter to Mr. Olson that he <br />would have the system fixed so it would comply <br />city ordinances. <br />Feb. 77 A number of inspections made - verified system <br />was failing again. <br />April 22, 1977 Mr. Olson made a site inspection and confirmed <br />the septic tank was pumped out. <br />May 13, 1977 <br />June 6, 1977 <br />June 27, 1977 <br />July 15, 1977 <br />Mr. Olson sent a letter to Mr. Daniels about <br />effluent from septic system was flowing on the <br />surface of the ground and that corrections must <br />be made within 60 days. <br />An inspection was made - septic effluent flowing <br />on surface of ground. <br />Olson and Widmer made site inspection to locate <br />a site for septic system. <br />Letter sent from Mr. Olson giving the following <br />deadlines: <br />1. Within 48 hours, have your tanks pumped again <br />and continue to monitor and pump the tanks until <br />a drainfield is installed.
