% i `. . <br /> � O� <br /> O �� Q CITY of ORONO <br /> � � �:��=� ,� RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL <br /> � � � � <br /> ,�, � �', °b:� ti No. � 5 4 � <br /> � �b, ti <br /> ��9x og�G <br /> ESS <br /> A RESOLUTION C�R�iNTING <br /> VARIANCES TO <br /> MUNICIPAL ZONING CODE <br /> SECTION 10.22, SUBDIVISIONS 1 (B) �ND 2 <br /> FILE #2003 - <br /> WIIEREAS, Arthur and Kathleen Ann Henningsen(hereinafter "the applicants") <br /> have an interest in the property located at 975 Tonkawa Road within the City of Orono <br /> (hereuiafter "City") and legally described as follows: <br /> Lot 1, Block 1, Parwood, Hennepin County, Minnesota (hereinafter "the properry"); and <br /> WHEREAS, the applicants have applied to the City for variances to Ivlunicipal <br /> � Zoning Code Section 10.22, Subdivisions 1 (B) and 2�to permit construction of an 18'xl4' <br /> • screen porch, a 15'x34' deck with railing and grade level patio at 340 s.f. and a 1�/a'x8.4' entry <br /> addition to the street side of the residence resulting in 8,159 s.f. or 33% hardcover in the 75- <br /> 250' setback where only 6,163 s.f. or 25% is allowed and where the screen porch will extend <br /> 23' and the lakeside deck 25' in front of the average lakeshore setback line where na such <br /> encroachment is allowed. <br /> NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of Orono, <br /> Minnesota: <br /> FINDINGS <br /> 1. fihis application was reviewed as Zoning File #2003. <br /> 2. The property is located in the LR-1B, Lakeshore Residential Zoning District <br /> requiring 1 acre in area. The property consists of 2.3 acres. <br /> 3.
