The Minnetonka Summit Park plat was approved in 1912 prioc to zaning <br /> � standards for residential development. <br /> B. Development af the 25,000 s.f. site would be consistent with the histor.ic <br /> ` and current pattern of residential development of the neighborhood. <br /> C.
