Mabusth, Building & Zoning Administrator <br />September 23, 1993 <br />#1863 Robert Luesse, 3249 Casco Circle -Amended Variance Application - <br />Resolution <br />In December of 1992 applicant received approval of multiple variances for improvements <br />to the residence structure and a detached accessory structure on the lakeshore property. One of <br />the conditions of that approval required that an updated survey be provided at the time of the <br />application for a building permit. In reviewing the updated survey, it was noted that the setback <br />was not 3' as approved in December of 1992 but 2' 4 11 <br />• Applicant was given the opportunity <br />to offset garage addition 8 11 to south. Applicant was concerned of the impact upon existing <br />improvements if structure was moved 8 11 to the south. Luesse was advised of the need to file <br />an amended variance application. <br />The updated survey also provided more accurate dimensions · of the existing accessory <br />structure. The original approved variance to allowed area for an oversized accessory structure <br />must also be amended with the current application. There is approximately 15 s.f. of additional <br />area. <br />Please review the enclosed Planning Commission packet for more in depth information <br />on this review. The Planning Commission recommended unanimous approval of the amended <br />variance application for Mr. Luesse. The enclosed resolution has been drafted per that <br />recommendation. <br />lsv
