Septic testing has been approved by the City and confirms that each lot has suitable <br /> area for the development of a primary and alteniate mound septic system to be <br /> installed in areas at 6% or less slopes. � <br /> 6. If tennis court'that encroaches proposed division line is not removed prior to final <br /> plat approval, applicant shall be responsible for executing a developer's agreement <br /> and posting a letter of credit to ensure structure's removal prior to the City issuing a <br /> building permit for new construction on Lot 2 or within a year of Council's approval <br /> of the final plat whichever occurs first. <br /> 2.
