Subdivider has also included within that same declaration of maintenance covenant <br /> a covenant whereby each of the benefitting four lot owners will permanently <br /> maintain and pay the cost of maintenance for drainageways and drainage ponds <br /> within said subdivision. <br /> 6. � Dedication to the City of a draina.ge easement providing for limitations on the use of <br /> wetlands, drainageways and retention ponds described therein and shown on the plat <br /> as drainage easements. Subdivider has chosen to include Type 1 wetlands not <br /> designated on the City's Conservation Map within the drainage easements shown on <br /> the plat and protected under this drainage easement. <br /> 7. Subdivider has executed a developer's agreement and posted a letter of credit written <br /> to 150%of the cost of required improvements. Required improvements shall include <br /> • all grading/drainage unprovements and road improvements as shown on plans and <br /> specs by Mark S. Gronberg, a registered professional engineer, Job#95-233, sheet <br /> 1 of 1 dated 9/29/95. <br /> 8. Payment to the City of park dedication fee in the amount of$8,072.25. Fee has been <br /> adjusted to exclude 9,803 s.f. of bike trail easement. <br /> 9. Payment to the City for the legal review and filing of the plat, easements and <br /> covenants in the amount of$200.00. � <br /> 10. Payment to the City of final plat application in the amount of$175.00. <br /> NOW, THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, that the City Council of the City of <br /> Orono hereby approves the plat of Rosch Addition, Hennepin County, Minnesota, subject to the <br /> following conditions: <br /> 1. Prior to the City issuing a building pernut for new construction on Lot 4, the ditch <br /> along the north side of Watertown Road is to be excavated and trees cleazed in the <br /> right-of-way to improve drainage and site d.istance at curb cut. � <br /> � 2.
