_ ' ;±, <br /> ..,.,=`` <br /> ''. <br /> � O ' Y <br /> i� O O <br /> �b. - CITY of ORONO <br /> � ti <br /> '�' RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL <br /> ���kEsH.Og'�G NO. � s �� <br /> A RESOLUTION APPROVING TI�E PLAT <br /> OF ROSCH ADDITION <br /> FII.E NO.2051 <br /> WfiEREAS, the City of Orono is a municipal corporation organized and existing <br /> under the laws of the State of Minnesota; and <br /> WI�EREAS, the City Council of the City of Orono has adopted subdivision � <br /> regulations for the orderly, economic and safe development of land within the City; and <br /> WHEREAS, the City Council has considered the application for a Class III � <br /> Subdivision of a four lot plat by Michael J. Hilbelink hereinafter(the subdivider); and <br /> WHEREAS, the subdivision has been found to meet all standards of the RR-1B, <br /> • Rural Residential Zoning District,finding that each lot is of a size and configuration that will allow <br /> its use as a single family residence to be fully developed without the need of any variances; and <br /> WHEREAS, the subdivider has completed all requirements of the platting <br /> regulations of the City, including: <br /> 1. Completion of all the requirements of Resolution No. 3601. <br /> 2. Dedication on the plat of rights-of-way for public roads shown as Watertown Road <br /> and Old Crystal Bay Road. <br /> 3. Creation of a new private road shown on the plat as Outlot A to be known henceforth <br /> as Copper View Drive. <br /> 4. Concurrent with the creation of this private road the subdivider has dedicated to the <br /> City a road and utility easement granting to the City permanent access, improvement <br /> and utility easements over said outlot; the subdivider has created non-exclusive <br /> ingress,egress,drainage and utility easements over said outlot in favor of a11 abutting <br /> and/or benefitting lots including a declaration of certain maintenance covenants <br /> � where in each of the abutting andlor benefitting lot owners' covenants and agrees to <br /> permanently maintain and pay the cost of maintenance for said private road. <br /> • <br /> Page 1 of 3 <br />
