Dedication on the plat of a 15' utility easement that will provide private sewer <br /> service to Lot 3. The easement is located within Lot 1 and along the shared lot <br /> lines of Lots 1 and 2 for a distance of 101.48'. <br /> 6. The subdivider has created an amendment to the private covenants for the Stielow <br /> Addition addressing the obligation of Lots 1 and 2, Fox Hollow to share in the <br /> maintenance and upkeep of Oxford Road. <br /> 7. Payment to the City of the park dedication fee in the amount of $14,400.00. <br /> 8. Payment to the City for$48,450.00 for two sewer units ($24,225.00 for each unit <br /> based on 1995 fee schedule). <br /> 9. Payment to the City for the legal review and filing of the plat easements and <br /> covenants in the amount of $200.00. <br /> • 10. Payment to the City for $175.00 for the final plat application. <br /> NOVV, THEREFORE BE IT RESOI.V�ll, that the City Council of the City of <br /> • Orono hereby approves the plat of Fox Hollow, Hennepin County, Minnesota, subject to the <br /> following conditions: <br /> 1. The existing drive that extends through Lot 3 to the cul-de-sac within Lots 1 and <br /> 2 shall remain while existing residence structure on Lot 2 is occupied. No <br /> construction vehicles shall be allowed to use the existing to gain access to Lots <br /> 1 and 2. All access for new construction on Lots 1 and 2 shall be from approved <br /> driveway entrances at Oxford Road. <br /> 2. Future owners or developer shall provide detailed engineering plans and specs for <br /> the extension of municipal sewer to Lot 3. Plans shall address the connection to <br /> the municipal sewer line and repair of Oxford Road per Ciry Engineer's report <br /> of May 3, 1995. <br /> • Page 2 of 3 <br />
