• ;�.,-. � <. . <br /> ��, . . . <br /> . ; . <br /> :, " � . <br /> � � <br /> • O O <br /> - �b. - C ITY of ORONO <br /> � F . <br /> '�' RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL <br /> � g <br /> G � �Q <br /> � ��k'ESH�g'� NO. <br /> A itESOLUTION APPROVING TIiE PLAT <br /> OI+' TOX H�L�OW <br /> FILE NO. 2020 <br /> W�12]EAS, the City of Orono is a municipal corporation organized and existing <br /> under the laws of the State of Minnesota; and <br /> W]EIJEI�LAS, the City Council of the City of Orono has adopted subdivision <br /> regulations for the orderly, economic and safe development of land within the City; and <br /> VVI�EREAS, the City Council has considered the application for a Class III <br /> subclivision oi a 3-lot plat Uy James Bruce of Bruce Construction Company, a Minnesota <br /> carporation, hereinafter (the subdivider); and <br /> • WHIER]EA5, on July 10,-1995, xhe City Council approved Resolution No. 3574 <br /> approvirig the preliminary plat of 3 lots and a lot width variance for Lot 3 at 2" based on the <br /> uni:�ue findir�gs and hardships set forth in that resolution. The subdivision has been found to <br /> m:,et all nther standards of the LR-1A, Lakeshore Residential Zoning District, finding that each <br /> lot is of a size and configuration that will allow its use as a single family residen.ce to be fully <br /> dcvelaJ3ed without the n�ed of any variances; and <br /> V6'�I�REAS, the subdivider has completed all requirements of the platting <br /> regulations af the City, including: <br /> 1. Com�letion of all Ei�e requirements of Resolution No. 3574, the resolution that <br /> granted preliminary approval of the 3-lot plat. <br /> 2. Dedication on the plat of drainage and utility easements. <br /> 3. Dedication on the plat of a�0' wide drainage easement over the drainageway t��at <br /> intersects Lot 1. • <br /> 4. Dedication on the plat cf a 15' utility easement within Lot 1 that would provide <br /> future sewer extensi�n to the properties t.o the unmediate east. <br /> • Page 1 of 3 <br />
