Navarre Lane has been barricaded at the intersection with County Road 19 since the <br /> early 1960s and has not been open to vehicular traffic. <br /> 2. The proposed vacation will not landlock any adjacent property. <br /> � NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, that the petition of John <br /> O'Sullivan and Erwin Smith is hereby granted by the Council of the City of Orono and that <br /> the unused portion of Navarre Lane as legally described above is hereby vacated. The <br /> granting of the petition is subject to applicants providing drainage and ;utility easements over <br /> the 33 feet of vacated right-of-way.
