All persons with an interest in the property must sign the resolutions. <br />Variance approval is limited to the extent shown on approved plan and as noted in the approval <br />resolution. Changes in approved plans are subject to further review by the City. Paving of the <br />specified areas must be completed within one year of the date of Council's approval (June 26, <br />1996).
